Shipping Expenses
Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.  

Shipping Process 
Orders are fulfilled every Saturday.
Orders typically ship within 5-7 days. If there is a hold up for any reason, I will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder!

*Note that Pre-Orders generally take 3-5 weeks to ship out due to the manufacturing process. A ship date will be noted in the product description.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Cancellations 
I am unable to cancel or adjust orders during sales. If you have any questions please contact madebykaydee@gmail.com.

Payments
I currently accept visa and mastercard.

Missing Packages 
For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs. Otherwise, please contact madebykaydee@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that I am not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to me.
